Intro and discussion of Bitcoin Association Switzerland

Stefan Greiner, Johann Gevers and me (Luzius Meisser) have recently founded the Bitcoin Association Switzerland. We have previously discussed this with Jon Matonis from the Bitcoin Foundation in the US who offered us an affiliate agreement.
